摘要
YL335B是由供料单位、加工单位、装配单位、输送单位、分栋单位五个站构成的满足学生实验实训的自动化生产线,每一站分别由1台PLC控制相应的工作任务,既可以单独工作,也可以相互通信,5站协同联机工作,从而使自动化生产线完整工作。文章主要阐述了供料站的工艺要求,三菱FX3U系列PLC编程方法,最后将基于FX3U系列PLC的YL-335B自动生产线供料站程序设计进行应用实践。实践证明,该设计可以满足供料站所有的工艺要求。
YL335B is an automated production line composed of five stations:feeding unit,processing unit,assembly unit,conveying unit,and sorting unit to meet students'experimental training.Each station is controlled by a PLC to control the corresponding work tasks.It can work alone or communicate with each other.5 stations work together online,so that the automated production line works completely.The article mainly expounds the process requirements of the feeding station,the programming method of Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC,and finally the YL-335B based on FX3U series PLC.The application practice of the program design of the feeding station of the automatic production line has proved that the design can meet all the process requirements of the feeding station.
