摘要
图书馆空间服务探索和实践随着空间改造应运而生。目前,空间服务已成为大学图书馆服务创新的重要途径。通过对国外15个国家50所一流大学图书馆的空间服务调查,归纳六大类空间功能和服务内容,包括公共学习空间、创意学习空间、研究支持空间、文化活动空间、休闲空间和个性化服务空间,并从空间布局、设施设备、服务内容、管理保障4个方面结合案例展开详细阐释。研究发现:50所国外一流大学图书馆空间服务整体呈现空间布局多样、设施设备专业、空间服务精准、管理保障完善的特点,空间服务以满足各类大学用户需求为目标,体现出独有的服务价值。最后,文章从深化服务、技术引领、拓展外延3个视角5个方面为国内大学图书馆空间服务创新提出启示和建议,积极推动空间服务实践的探索创新。
The exploration and practice of library space service camee into being with the space transformation.At present,space service has become an important way for university library service innovation.Based on the survey of space services of 50 first-class university libraries in 15 countries,the article summarizes six categories of space functions and service contents,including public learning space,creative learning space,research support space,cultural activity space,leisure space and personalized service space,and elaborates on the space layout,facilities and equipment,service content,and management guarantee in combination with cases.The study found that the space services of 50 foreign firstclass university libraries are characterized by diverse space layout,professional facilities and equipment,precise spatial services,and perfect management guarantee.The space services aim to meet the needs of various university users,and reflect unique service value.Finally,the article puts forward inspiration and suggestions for the space service innovation of domestic university libraries from the perspectives of deepening service,technology leading and expanding extension,and actively promotes the exploration and innovation of space service practice.
