摘要
在电子对抗和无线通信系统中,放大有用电磁信号的同时还需要抑制电磁干扰信号,即需要针对不同类型的电磁信号进行非互易式调控。因此,支持空间电磁波非互易式调控的超表面应运而生。面向电子对抗及无线通信系统的超宽带趋势,非互易超表面不仅需要具备超宽的工作频带,还需要在超宽工作频段内引入阻带,从而避免与现有的窄带通信系统形成干扰。面向上述需求,基于接收、放大和再辐射的方案提出了“贴片-功率放大器-贴片”结构的非互易超表面,该超表面的工作频段为1.0~4.0 GHz,其工作频段与现有的ISM(Industrial Scientific Medical)频段产生干扰。为了避免上述干扰,将耦合结构和短路枝节加载到上述超构单元中,从而在超宽工作频带内引入阻带,最终在1.00~2.11 GHz和2.75~3.95 GHz两个频段范围内实现电磁波的非互易式调控。
In the electronic countermeasures and wireless communication systems,it is necessary to suppress the electromagnetic interference signals while amplifying useful electromagnetic signals.As a result,metasurface is proposed to support the nonreciprocal regulation of space electromagnetic wave.To adapt to the ultra-wideband trends of electronic countermeasures and wireless communication systems,nonreciprocal metasurfaces should have ultra-wide operating frequency bands,and stopband should also be introduced in the ultra-wide operating frequency bands to avoid interferences with existing narrowband communication systems.To satisfy above requirements,a series of metasurfaces were presented based on the scheme of receiving,amplification and reradiation.Moreover,the operating frequencies of designed metasurface are from 1.0 GHz to 4.0 GHz,which will interfere with the existing industrial scientific medical(ISM)frequency bands.To avoid the above interferences,a stopband was produced by adding the coupling structures and shorted circuit stubs on the above metasurface units,realizing nonreciprocal regulation of electromagnetic waves for the frequency bands of 1.00 GHz-2.11 GHz and 2.75 GHz-3.95 GHz.
