摘要
研究了在腐蚀介质为3.5wt%的NaCl溶液及恒温(35±1)℃条件下,不同初始弹性应力状态下28 mm厚30CrMnSiNi2A超高强钢电子束焊接接头及母材的应力腐蚀情况,采用电镜观察分析了接头和母材的应力腐蚀形貌及应力腐蚀开裂特征,同时计算分析了接头和母材的应力腐蚀速率。结果表明,当初始弹性应力分别为屈服强度的75%、80%和85%时,试样经过672 h的应力腐蚀后,试样表面均出现了黑色的腐蚀产物及腐蚀产物剥落现象,试样的腐蚀情况与初始施加应力水平呈一定的正相关关系。相同载荷水平条件下,接头的耐腐蚀性能要弱于母材。接头试样应力腐蚀开裂后最大的裂纹宽度分别为1.89、3.54和6.84μm;接头试样应力腐蚀速率的平均值分别为1.361、1.536和1.892mm/a。接头母材区、热影响区和焊缝区各区域的显微组织差异较小,均为回火马氏体。
The stress corrosion of 28 mm thick 30CrMnSiNi2A ultra-high strength steel electron beam welded joints and base metal under different initial elastic stresses were investigated with 3.5wt%NaCl solution as corrosion medium at constant temperature of(35+1)℃.The stress corrosion morphology and stress corrosion cracking characteristics of the joint and the base metal were observed and analyzed by electron microscopy,and the stress corrosion rate of the joint and base metal was calculated and analyzed.The results show that when the initial elastic stresses are 75%,80%and 85%of the yield strength,black corrosion products and corrosion products peeling off on the surface of the samples appear after 672 h of stress corrosion.The corrosion condition of samples has a certain positive corelation with the initial applied stress level.Under the same load level,the corosion resistance of the joint is weaker than that of the base metal.The maximum crack widths of joint samples after stress corrosion cracking are 1.89,3.54 and 6.84μm,respectively.The average stress corrosion rates of joint samples are 1.361,1.536 and 1.892 mm/a,respectively.The differences between the microstructure of base metal,heat affected zone and weld zone of the joint are slight,and all of them are tempered martensite.
