摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病是目前在全球范围内发病率最高的肝脏疾病。西医以饮食、运动调节等非药物治疗方法为主。已有国内外相关文献显示,中医外治法、尤其是针灸在防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病方面具有显著的临床疗效。通过对近年来针灸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关研究展开文献综述,探讨针灸防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效与特点,以期为临床工作者提供参考。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease features the highest incidence among all the liver diseases globally.It is mainly treated with non-drug methods such as diet and exercise regulation in western medicine.Relevant literature at home and abroad has shown that external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture,has a significant clinical effect in its prevention and treatment.Based on a literature review of acupuncture treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in recent years,this paper discusses its efficacy and characteristics,with the aim of providing a reference for clinicians.
