摘要
利用传统方法预测高校大学生就业趋势时,由于缺乏对各影响因素作用强度的差异化分析,导致预测结果的误差较大,为此提出基于模糊层次分析法(AnalyticH ierarchy Process,AHP)的高校大学生就业趋势预测方法。从学生能力水平及就业意向角度进行分析,提取大学生就业趋势影响因素,并利用模糊AHP计算各影响因素的作用强度,构建大学生就业趋势层次分析模型,实现大学生就业趋势的预测。实验结果表明,该方法的误差较小,优于对照组,可有效判断大学生的主要就业方向,具有一定的应用价值。
When using traditional methods to predict the employment trend of college students,due to the lack of differential analysis of the intensity of various influencing factors,the prediction results have significant errors.Therefore,a fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)based method for predicting the employment trend of college students is proposed.Analyze from the perspective of students'ability level and employment intention,extract the influencing factors of college students'employment trends,and use fuzzy AHP to calculate the intensity of each influencing factor,construct a hierarchical analysis model of college students'employment trends,and achieve the prediction of college students'employment trends.The experimental results show that the error of this method is relatively small and superior to the control group.It can effectively determine the main employment direction of college students and has certain application value.
