快速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定室内空气中多环芳烃 被引量:2

摘要 建立快速溶剂萃取联合高效液相色谱法同时测定室内空气中16种多环芳烃的方法。采用玻璃纤维滤膜采集,快速溶剂萃取,经弗罗里硅土固相净化柱净化和氮吹浓缩后用高效液相色谱法-紫外检测器检测。结果表明:16种多环芳烃组分在0~5μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的分离效果,标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在0.06~0.20 ng/m^(3)之间,实际样品加标回收率在70.8%~95.0%之间。结论:该方法方便快捷,节省萃取溶剂用量,灵敏度高,精密度高,适用于批量快速测定室内空气中16种多环芳烃。 A method for measuring 16 PAHs in indoor air by accelerated solvent extraction and HPLC was established.Samples were collected by glass fiber filter membrane,extracted by accelerated solvent,purified by Florida silica solid phase purification column and concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and detected by HPLC-UV detector.The results showed that the components of 16 PAHs had good separation effect in the concentration range of 0~5μg/mL,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was greater than 0.999,the detection limit of the method was between 0.06~0.20 ng/m^(3),and the recovery rate of the actual sample spike was between 70.8%and 95.0%.This method is convenient and fast,saves the amount of extracted solvent,has high sensitivity and high precision,and is suitable for batch rapid determination of 16 PAHs in indoor air.
