奶粉中三聚氰胺基质效应的研究及消除 被引量:1

摘要 试验探究液质联用检测奶粉中三聚氰胺的基质效应,通过单因素方差分析对引起基质效应的原因,即取样量、净化方式、溶剂种类、溶剂用量、三聚氰胺不同浓度,进行研究,同时采用同位素内标法消除样品中的基质效应。单因素方差分析表明,除了过SPE小柱与不过SPE小柱及三聚氰胺不同浓度,其余因素对三聚氰胺基质效应影响差异显著。研究表明内标法能够明显消除和减小三聚氰胺中的基质效应。 The matrix effect of detection of melamine in milk powder by LC-MS/MS was studied.The causes of matrix effect,sampling amount,purification method,solvent type,solvent dosage and different concentrations of melamine were studied by single factor variance analysis.Isotope internal standard method was used to eliminate the matrix effect in the sample.The single factor analysis of variance showed that except SPE column and SPE column and different concentrations of melamine,the other factors had significant differences on the matrix effect of melamine.The research showed that the internal standard method could obviously eliminate and reduce the matrix effect in melamine.
