摘要
面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)的典型特征为面部表情肌肉不自主阵挛和强直性收缩。目前临床比较认可的此病的发病原因为静脉或动脉对脑干附近的周围面神经造成异常压迫。其严重影响患者的社交生活,可对患者的生活质量产生极大的负面影响。本文介绍面肌痉挛的病机、治法及自拟平痉方,并附医案一则,旨在为该病的临床治疗提供参考。
hemifacial spasm(HFS)is typically characterized by involuntary clonus and tonic contractions of facial expression muscles.At present,the clinically recognized cause of this disease is that the veins or arteries cause abnormal compression of the peripheral facial nerve near the brain stem.It seriously affects the social life of patients and can have a great negative impact on the quality of life of patients.This article introduces the pathogenesis,treatment and self-designed spasmodic prescription of hemifacial spasm,with a medical record attached,in order to provide refe rence for the clinical treatment of the disease.
