摘要
目的探究超声成像参数联合血清血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、胎盘特异性蛋白1(PLAC1)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法选取2021年5月-2022年5月我院经病理检查结果确认为NSCLC的患者114例,其中有淋巴结转移的68例即为转移组,无淋巴结转移46例即为未转移组。血清Ang-2、PLAC1表达水平采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测;Pearson法分析NSCLC患者血清中Ang-2、PLAC1的相关性;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析超声成像参数联合血清Ang-2、PLAC1对NSCLC淋巴结转移的诊断价值。结果转移组和未转移组TNM分期、分化程度具有差异性(P均<0.05);与未转移组相比,转移组NSCLC患者血清中Ang-2、PLAC1表达水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,NSCLC患者血清中Ang-2、PLAC1表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.431,P<0.001);与未转移组相比,转移组超声成像参数PSV、MAD、EDV均显著升高(P<0.05);超声成像参数联合血清Ang-2、PLAC1诊断NSCLC淋巴结转移的ROC曲线下面积高于超声成像参数、血清Ang-2、PLAC1单独诊断(P均<0.05)。结论NSCLC淋巴结转移患者血清中Ang-2、PLAC1的表达水平均显著升高,超声成像参数联合血清Ang-2、PLAC1诊断可以提高NSCLC淋巴结转移的诊断效能。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging parameters combined with serum angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)and placental specific protein 1(PLAC1)on lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods It selected 114 patients confirmed as NSCLC by pathological examination in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022.Among them,68 patients with lymph node metastasis were in the metastatic group,and 46 patients without lymph node metastasis were in the non metastatic group.The expression levels of Ang-2 and PLAC1 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between Ang-2 and PLAC1 in serum of NSCLC patients,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging parameters combined with serum Ang-2 and PLAC1 for lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.Results There were obvious differences in TNM staging and differentiation between the metastatic group and the non metastatic group(all P<0.05).Compared with the non metastatic group,the expression levels of Ang-2 and PLAC1 in the serum of NSCLC patients in the metastatic group were obviously higher(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of Ang-2 and PLAC1 in serum of NSCLC patients were positively correlated(r=0.431,P<0.001).Compared with the non metastatic group,the ultrasound imaging parameters PSV,MAD,EDV in the metastatic group were obviously higher(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of NSCLC lymph node metastasis diagnosed by ultrasound imaging parameters combined with serum Ang-2 and PLAC1 was higher than that diagnosed by ultrasound imaging parameters,serum Ang-2 and PLAC1 alone(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Ang-2 and PLAC1 in serum of patients with NSCLC lymph node metastasis are obviously increased.Ultrasound imaging parameters combined with serum Ang-2 and PLAC1 can improve the diagnostic efficacy of NSCLC lymph node metastasis.
