摘要
目的探讨时效性激励护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后患者的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于温州医科大学附属第一医院行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的直肠癌患者为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施时效性激励护理干预。比较两组入院时和出院3个月的心理韧性、自我护理能力、社会支持和生活质量。结果观察组和对照组各69例。入院时,两组在心理韧性、自我护理能力、社会支持和生活质量各项评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院3个月,观察组乐观维度、自强维度和坚韧维度评分高于对照组,自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能和健康知识评分高于对照组,客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度评分高于对照组,社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能和躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论时效性激励护理可提高腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后患者的自我护理能力、心理韧性及社会支持程度,并改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of timeliness incentive nursing on patients after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods The rectal cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received timeliness incentive nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Mental resilience,selfcare ability,social support and quality of life were compared between two groups at admission and three months after discharge.Results There were 69 cases in the observation group and control group respectively.At admission,there were no significant differences in scores of mental resilience,self-care ability,social support and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05).Three months after discharge,the scores of optimism,self-reliance and tenacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of objective support,subjective support and support availability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of social function,emotional function,role function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences of scores between two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Timeliness incentive nursing can improve the self-care ability,mental resilience and social support of patients after laparoscopic rectal cancer radical surgery,and improve their quality of life.
