摘要
染色体显性遗传型(成年型)多囊肾(ADPKD)是最常见的遗传性肾脏疾病,目前现代医学除对症治疗外,尚无特效治疗药物。米杰教授系山东中医药大学附属医院肾病科主任、主任医师,硕士研究生导师,山东省名中医(药)专家,全国第3批老中医药专家学术经验继承人。米杰教授认为,其病因病机总属本虚标实,以脾肾亏虚为本,痰热瘀毒为标,肝脾肾三脏同病,通过补肾健脾、活血利水之法,随症加减,标本兼治,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生存质量,有效延长患者进入终末期肾脏病的时间。
Chromosomal dominant(adult)polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD)is the most common hereditary kidney disease.At present,there is no effective drug for modern medicine except symptomatic treatment.Professor MI Jie is the director and chief physician of the Department of Nephrology at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a supervisor of postgraduates,a famous Chinese medicine(medicine)expert in Shandong Province,and the successor of the third batch of old Chinese medicine experts in China.Professor MI Jie believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is always deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,with deficiency of the spleen and kidney as the foundation,phlegm heat and stasis of toxin as the standard,and liver,spleen and kidney three viscera suffering from the same disease.Addition and subtraction of symptoms,treating both symptoms and root causes,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively prolong the time of patients entering end-stage renal disease.
