摘要
在阐述中医对脏器纤维化认识的基础上,从基础与临床两个方面综述水蛭及其活性成分治疗脏器纤维化的研究进展。基础研究主要包括水蛭及其活性成分调节各脏器纤维化过程TGF-β1、α-SAM、PAI-1,MMP-2/TIMP-2、NF-kB、AKT、p-AKT、Smad4 mRNA、CTGFmRNA等不同的影响因子及通路表达。临床研究包括改善临床症状,化验指标等。
On the basis of explaining the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on visceral fibrosis,the research progress of leech and its active ingredients in the treatment of visceral fibrosis was reviewed from both basic and clinical aspects.Basic research mainly includes regulating the expressions of TGF-beta 1,alpha-SAM,PAI-1,MMP-2/TIMP-2,NF-kB,AKT,p-AKT,Smad4 and CTGF in the process of organ fibrosis.Clinical research includes improving clinical symptoms,laboratory indicators and so on.
