摘要
目的探究针刺结合温阳利水方对慢性心力衰竭患者血流动力学、心功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年5月本院收治的68例慢性心衰患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针刺结合温阳利水方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、血流动力学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEF高于治疗前,LVESD、LVEDD均低于治疗前,且观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞沉降率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺结合温阳利水方治疗慢性心衰患者效果显著,可改善其血流动力学,提升心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with Wenyang Lishui prescription on hemodynamics and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 68 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western Medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Wenyang Lishhui prescription,the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter[LVEDD],left ventricular end-systolic diameter[LVESD],left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF])and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and LVESD,LVEDD were lower than those before treatment,and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVESD,LVEDD was lower than that control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were lower than those in the before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Wenyang Lishui prescription can improve hemodynamics and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
