摘要
目的探讨温阳利水法联合自拟中药封包对冠心病心力衰竭病人围术期心功能的影响。方法选取我院116例冠心病心力衰竭手术病人,按入组顺序随机分成两组,每组58例。对照组围术期常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用温阳利水法联合中药封包治疗。观察不同方法治疗后在疗效、心功能、中医证候积分等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为77.59%,观察组总有效率84.48%,观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后在左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、心排出量(CO)上均显著高于治疗前,脑钠肽(BNP)显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医证侯积分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水法联合中药封包能改善冠心病心力衰竭病人围术期心功能,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Lishui method and enveloped herbal medicine on perioperative cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and heart failure(HF).Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with CHD and HF were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=58)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=58)treated with Wenyang Lishui method and enveloped herbal medicine in the basis of routine treatment.The efficacy,cardiac function,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and other indicators were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(84.48%vs 77.59%,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),cardiac output(CO)were increased in two groups after treatment,which were higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of brain type natriuretic peptide(BNP)were decreased in two groups after treatment,which were lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score were decreased in two groups after treatment,which were lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Lishui method and enveloped herbal medicine can improve perioperative cardiac function in patients with CHD and HF.
