摘要
                
                    为了更好地满足儿童运动能力、身体协调能力发展,实现儿童健康成长,将TRIZ理论运用到儿童跳跳杆玩具创新设计实践中。通过对市场主流产品分析利弊,发现问题,运用TRIZ中的功能分析完成产品的功能组件分析,建立功能模型,运用的物-场分析解决主要技术矛盾;最后结合人机工程学相关人体数据进行具体工程尺寸设计,力求实现儿童跳跳车产品从问题发现、研究分析到概念生成、设计创新到生产制造的全过程实践。
                
                In order to better meet the development of children's sports ability and physical coordination ability and realize children's healthy growth,TRIZ theory is applied to the innovative design practice of children's jumping bar toys.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream products in the market,find out the problems,use the function analysis in TRIZ to complete the function component analysis of products,and establish the function model.Use the material field analysis to solve the main technical contradictions.Finally,combined with ergonomics related human body data,the specific engineering size design is carried out.A jumping car product with stronger jumping force,safer,silent and non disturbing was designed,which was suitable for the children’s fitness and entertainment needs,and obtained the national patent certificate.
