摘要
目的:基于知识图谱进行可视化分析,探讨复方丹参片的研究现况和发展趋势。方法:检索并收集1994—2022年中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的与复方丹参片相关文献,对文献基本信息进行计量学分析。采用Excel 2020软件统计年度发文量趋势;采用VOSviewer软件对作者信息、关键词密度进行分析并生成共现网络;采用CiteSpace软件进行研究机构分析、关键词聚类分析、关键词共现分析及关键词突现分析,挖掘复方丹参片研究领域的热点和前沿。结果:共检索到1326条文献。剔除重复、会议及报纸类文献141篇,最终纳入1137篇进入可视化分析。发文量分析显示复方丹参片相关领域发文量整体呈波动式发展。研究机构分布显示,在复方丹参片相关的研究领域中广州白云山和记黄埔中药有限公司发文量居榜首(17篇),且各机构之间合作紧密。作者分布显示,高产作者有3位(覃仁安16篇、王德勤15篇、李楚源9篇);作者聚类分析显示,复方丹参片相关领域研究者主要关注的课题集中在特定疾病研究、中成药及临床应用等方面,且所属团队成员相互协作,团队交流密切。关键词主要分为9类,其中冠心病与心肌缺血关联性较强;关键词突现分析显示,2005年、2007年及2019年分别出现时间相关性暴发点,并以临床疗效研究为持续热点。结论:通过知识图谱可视化分析能较好地反映复方丹参片相关领域研究的发展热点和趋势。目前文献显示,复方丹参片相关领域受重视程度呈现周期性改变,研究机构、作者间紧密联系;研究热点集中于分析其对氧化应激的影响及临床疗效,并以此挖掘新治疗靶点。
Objective:To explore the research status and development trend of Compound Danshen Tablets through visual analysis based on knowledge graph.Methods:The Chinese literatures of Compound Danshen Tablets were searched and collected from 1994 to 2022 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database to ptrform metrology analyse of the basic information of the article.The software Excel 2020 was used to calculate the trend of annual paper volume.The software VOSviewer was used to analyze the author′s information and the keyword humper to prod uce a co-occurrence network.The software CiteSpace was used for institution analysis,keyword cluster analysis,keyword co-occurrence analysis,and keyword emergence analysis to explore the hot spots and frontiers in the research field of Compound Danshen Tablets.Results:A total of 1326 pieces of data were retrieved.Finally 1137 pieces of data were included for visual analysis.The analysis of the annual paper volume showed that the number of paper published in the relevant fields of Compound Danshen Tablets was fluctuating as a whole.The distribution of the institution showed that Guangzhou Baiyunshan Hutchison Traditional Chinese Medicine Ltd.ranked the first in the field related to Compound Danshen Tablets,and the cooperation between various institutions was inseparable.The distribution of the author showed that there were three high-yield authors in this field(16 by Qin Ren′an,15 by Wang Deqin,9 by Li Chuyuan).The author′s cluster analysis showed that the main focus was concen trated on specific disease,traditional Chinese patent medicines,and clinical application.And the members showed a better cooperation with a close team communication.The keyword was divided into 9 categories,of which coronary heart disease was strongly related with myocardial ischemia.The analysis of the keyword emergence showed that there were time-related outbreak points in 2005,2007,and 2019.The clinical efficacy research was focused continuously.Conclusion:The visual analysis of knowledge graph can reflect the hot points of the development and the trend of research in the field related to Compound Danshen Tablets.The focus of the field related to Compound Danshen Tablets was changed periodically,and there existed a closely link between research institutions and authors.The hot points of the research center on oxidative stress and its clinical efficacy,so as to explore the new therapeutic targets.
