江西省工业能源碳排放驱动机制与脱钩分析

Analyses of the driving mechanism and decoupling of industrial energy carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province

摘要 工业是化石能源消费的主要部门,化石能源的消费是温室气体上升的主要因素。为探究工业碳排放与经济发展间健康状态及区域碳排放的驱动力,从市域视角出发,采用Tapio脱钩模型与LMDI方法对2012—2021年江西省碳排放状况进行分析,并提出相应的碳减排建议。结果显示:江西工业碳排放量集中分布在西北部地区,总体呈缓慢上升趋势,但年均增长率处于较低水平,碳排放增长受到抑制;碳排放健康状态以弱脱钩为主,工业经济对能源消耗依赖程度下降,但强脱钩出现频次较低,导致江西碳排放向正向增长;产业结构效应的驱动作用在城市发展的各阶段及市域间具有明显的差异性,对于降低区域整体碳排放水平,保护碳减排成果有重要意义,产业结构调整是碳减排工作的重点;调整能源结构,降低高碳排放能源消费占比,促进高耗能产业低碳化转型,大力扶持低碳绿色产业发展是江西碳减排工作的必要举措。 Industry is the main sector of fossil fuel energy consumption.Fossil fuel energy consumption is the main contributor to the increase in greenhouse gases.This study explored the health-related state and driving forces of regional carbon emission between industrial carbon emissions and economic development by analyzing the carbon emission status of Jiangxi Province from 2012–2021 using the Tapio decoupling model and Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index from the perspective of the city.The results were used to provide suggestions to reduce carbon emissions.The results showed that,first,Jiangxi's industrial carbon emissions were concentrated in the northwest region,with a slow upward trend evident from 2012–2021.However,the average annual growth rate is low due to the carbon emissions’inhibited growth.Second,healthier carbon emissions have mainly involved weak decoupling.The dependence of the industrial economy on energy consumption has decreased.However,the low frequency of strong decoupling has resulted in a positive development trend of carbon emissions in Jiangxi.Third,the driving role of the industrial structure effect is clearly different at various stages of urban development and between cities.This difference is vital for overall reduction in the emission level of the region and maintaining these results.Industrial adjustment is the focus of carbon emission reduction work.The findings support the suggestion that adjusting the energy structure,reducing the proportion of high-carbon energy consumption,promoting the low-carbon transformation of energy-consuming industries,and vigorously supporting the development of low-carbon green industries are necessary measures to reduce Jiangxi's carbon emissions.
