摘要
本文报告导板引导纤维桩拆除后纯钛铸造桩核加全瓷冠再修复中切牙1例。导板引导拆除纤维桩技术提高了纤维桩拆除的准确度,降低了操作风险。纯钛桩核较其他金属对放射检查产生的伪影小,是纤维桩修复失败再修复的可选项之一。
This paper reported a case of central incisor repaired with pure titanium cast post-core and all ceramic crown after removal of fiber post by guide plate.Guided fiber post removal provided a predictable outcome and a low risk of iatrogenic damage.Compared with other metals,titanium post and core had less artifacts on radiographic examination,and was one of the options for fiber post restoration after fiber post failure.
