摘要
目的:观察预成纤维桩用于老年牙体缺损患者口腔修复中的临床效果。方法:将2018年5月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的90例老年牙体缺损患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。研究组接受预成纤维桩治疗,而对照组接受常规口腔治疗,分析并对比两组患者治疗后的咀嚼功能、炎症指标及修复效果。结果:治疗后,研究组咀嚼功能、美观度、舒适度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-17、IL-23水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率97.78%,明显高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年牙体缺损患者应用预成纤维桩修复疗效佳,且咀嚼功能、美观度、舒适度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of preformed fiber post in oral repair of elderly patients with dental defects.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with dental defects admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The team was treated with preformed fiber piles,The control group received routine oral treatment,The masticatory function,inflammation index and repair effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the score of masticatory function,aesthetics and comfort in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.78%was significantly higher than that of 88.89%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of prefabricated fiber post in the repair of tooth defect in elderly patients has a good curative effect, and the masticatory function, aesthetics and comfort are higher, which is worthy of promotion.
