摘要
目的探讨团队协作式零缺陷护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月我院收治的70例HIE患儿,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团队协作式零缺陷护理。比较两组患者的症状改善时间、并发症及家属满意度。结果观察组脑水肿消失时间及肌张力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.71%,明显低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05)。观察组家属各项护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队协作式零缺陷护理可缩短HIE患儿的症状缓解时间,降低并发症发生率,提高家属的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of teamwork zero defect nursing in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 70 HIE children admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received teamwork zero defect nursing.The symptom improvement time,complications and family satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The brain edema disappearance time and muscle tone recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The family nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Teamwork zero defect nursing can shorten the symptom relief time in HIE children,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction degree of family members.
