摘要
目的:探究应用多学科早期护理干预对预防新生儿皮肤感染、智力发育及生长发育产生的影响。方法:选择2018年3月-2019年3月在本院分娩的102例新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机分组方式均分为试验组(n=51)与对照组(n=51)。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施多学科早期护理。比较两组新生儿感染情况、智力发育情况及生长发育情况。结果:试验组感染发生率低于对照组(χ^2=3.991,P=0.046)。试验组新生儿30、90、180 d的MDI、PDI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿30 d胸围、头围、身长、体重均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组90 d各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿行多学科护理干预能有效对皮肤感染起到预防效果,早期能促进生长发育,提升新生儿智力发育。
Objective:To explore the effects of multidisciplinary early nursing intervention on infection,intelligence development and growth development in the prevention of neonatal skin infection.Method:A total 102 neonates delivered in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51)according to the method of radom grouping.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received multidisciplinary early nursing.The infection,intelligence development and growth development of two groups were compared.Result:The infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ^2=3.991,P=0.046).The MDI and PDI scores of newborns in the experimental group at 30,90 and 180 d were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The chest circumference,head circumference,body length and body weight of newborns in two groups were compared at 30 d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of the above indexes between two groups at 90 d(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary nursing intervention for neonates can effectively prevent skin infection,promote growth and development in the early stage,and improve the intelligence development of neonates.
