摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林肠溶片联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及对心功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的66例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据药物治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组各33例。两组均给予常规治疗。在此基础上对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组采用阿司匹林肠溶片联合他汀类药物治疗,对比两组疗效、心功能情况、心绞痛发作情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的81.81%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF值显著高于对照组,LVEDD值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作次数、疼痛评分以及持续时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林肠溶片联合他汀类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛,临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者心功能,降低不良反应和心绞痛发作次数,值得推广应用。
Objectives Toinvestigate the efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with statins in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effects on cardiac function.Methods A total of 66 patients with coronary heart disease angina admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to different drug treatment regimes,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined statins.The curative effect,cardiac function,angina pectoris attack and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than the 81.81%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF value of the treatment group was significantly higherthan that of control group,and the LVEDD value was significantly lowerthan that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency,pain score and duration of angina pectoris,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with statins hasa significant clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce the adverse reaction and the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,which is worthy of popularization and application.
