摘要 以武山铜矿全尾膏体充填系统的设计为例,介绍了该矿全尾砂的物理性质、粒度分布,并对全尾砂进行了浓密试验及配比强度试验。根据试验结果,在综合考虑经济性、可行性等因素的前提下,选择采用以全尾砂+胶结材料+水为原料制备充填料浆,并根据尾砂浓密试验数据,对尾砂浓密方案,搅拌设备、水泥给料设备、充填工业泵等设备进行了比选。该项目投产后,运行良好,取得了较好的经济效益。 Taking the design of the unclassified tailings paste filling system for Wushan Copper Mine as an example,the paper introduces the physical properties and particle size distribution of the mine's unclassified tailings.The thickening test and matching strength test were conducted for the unclassified tailings.According to the test results and on the premise of considering the factors such as economy and feasibility,the filling slurry was prepared by using unclassified tailings,cementing materials,and water as raw materials.Based on the tailings thickening test data,the paper makes a selection and comparison of the tailings thickening option,mixing equipment,cement feeding equipment,industrial pump for filling,and other equipment.After the project was put into operation,it operated well and achieved good economic benefits.
