摘要
在城市高质量发展和全民共同富裕的语境下,青年发展型社区作为典型的社会责任地产项目,肩负着满足新时代背景下新青年住有所居需求的重任,关系到城市的幸福感、政府和企业的使命感,以及人才的获得感。本文通过对武汉未来科技城青年社区之寓·未来的设计与反思,针对青年人才时代的特点,提出了四种设计策略,以此营造有利于新青年发展的、可持续的社区环境。
In the context of high-quality urban development and common prosperity of the whole people,the young talent community,as a typical socially responsible real estate,has the important task of meeting the housing need of all youth people,which is related to the happiness of the city,the sense of mission of the government and enterprise,and the sense of talent acquisition.Through the design and thinking of Wuhan"ZHIYU Future"young community,this paper puts forward four strategies about design for the characteristics of young people,so as to build a sustainable community environment conducive to youth development.
