摘要
夹具作为智能制造重要组成部分,对智能制造的发展起着至关重要的作用。智慧夹具管理平台基于互联网技术对夹具从入库到报废全生命周期数据进行信息化管理,节约大量的人力、物力和财力。与此同时,平台基于物联网技术对夹具使用过程中的数据进行实时监控,及时了解夹具使用和磨损情况,从而为夹具维护和保养计划的制订与完善提供决策支持。
As an important part of intelligent manufacturing,the fixture plays a vital role in the development of intelligent manufacturing.The intelligent management platform of fixtures carries out information management to the data of the whole life cycle of fixtures from warehousing to scrapping based on Internet technology,which saves a lot of manpower resources,material resources and financial resources.At the same time,the platform monitors the data during the use of fixtures in real time based on the IOT to timely understands the use and wear of fixtures,so as to provide decision-making support for the formulation and improvement of the maintenance and maintenance plan of fixtures.
