摘要
针对薄板冲压成形中缺少方便可靠的回弹测量方法的问题,提出了一种基于柔性夹具的新型回弹测量方法。该测量方法以柔性夹具代替传统回弹测量中的刚性模具和刚性夹具,支撑点的位置和数目可以根据零件的特点任意调整,减小了零件过定位和夹紧力不均匀所带来的误差。应用该测量方法对某车型翼子板的回弹进行了测量,分析了支撑点数目、支撑点位置及零件放置方向对回弹测量精度的影响,并对测量误差进行了讨论。
According to the problem of the shortage of convenient and reliable rebound measuring method in sheet stamping forming, a new rebound measuring method based on flexible clamp fixture is put forward.In this measuring method the rigid die and rigid clamp fixture in conventional rebound measuring are replaced by flexible clamp fixture,and the position and number of supporting points may adjust randomly according to the characteristics of the parts,thus reduce the inaccuracy owing to over-position and uneven clamp force of the parts.Apply this measuring method to measure the rebound of the fender of a vehicle,and analyze the effect of with different supporting point number,position and the placement direction of the part on,rebound measuring accuracy and discuss the measuring inaccuracy.
