摘要
香气是影响葡萄果实品质的重要性状,也是用于评价葡萄资源的重要依据。本试验以无香型品种‘红地球’为母本,草莓香型品种‘金星无核’为父本,连续两年测定并分析主要香气物质在亲本及杂交群体中的遗传规律。结果表明,酯类香气物质(水杨酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)及大马士酮香气物质表现为数量性状的遗传特征,分离趋势广泛,选择潜力大;酯类香气物质超低亲率显著高于超高亲率,在遗传效应上呈现典型的趋小性遗传特征;大马士酮香气物质超高亲率显著高于超低亲率,在遗传效应上呈现典型的趋大性遗传特征;苯乙醇在杂交后代中出现了分离的遗传表现,符合质量性状的遗传规律且两年表现出不同的遗传模式。
Aroma is an important character affecting grape fruit quality and an important basis for evaluating grape resources in this study,neutral-flavor cultivar'Red Globe'as paternal parent,strawberry-flavor cultivars'Venus Seedless'as maternal parent,the genetic rules of major aroma substances in parents and hybrids were determined and analyzed for two consecutive years.The results showed that major aroma substance esters(methyl salicylate,dimethyl phthalate,dibutyl phthalate)and damascenone were quantitative trait,the separation trend was wide and the selection potential was great;The ultra-low affinity of ester aroma substances was significantly higher than ultra-high affinity;the genetic effect showed typical small affinity,while the ultra-high affinity of damascenone aroma substances was significantly higher than that of ultra-low affinity,the genetic effect showed typical large affinity.Phenethyl alcohol showed separate genetic performance in the offspring,conform to genetic trait of the quality trait and different genetic patterns in two years.
