摘要
山葡萄雌雄异株，由于严格异交，性状变异复杂，株系间在果实性状、结果习性、扦插发根能力等方面差异很大．因此山葡萄资源无论直接和间接利用都有很大的选择潜力，在征集、保存、评价中必须重视种内多样性．通过雄株性别转换试验，看出１０００ｇ／ｇ的６－ＢＡ处理效果最好。同时也发现雄林在果粒大小、种子大小、固形物含量等果实性状上存在着差异．因此在山葡萄资源研究中应重视雄株的评价和筛选工作．
V.amurensis is the species of dioecism. For the reason of exogamy strictly, the variation of characters is very complicated. The differences in character variability between different plants were greater, so the selection potential for V. amurensis resources was higher whether for the direct use or for the indirect use .Therefore, it could pay attentions to the variability within the species in the selectiong, preserving and evaluating of the resources,Through the sex conversion experiment, it was found that the treatment of 1000μg/g 6-BA was best for the sex conversion of the male plants. It was also found that there were some differences in the berry size, Sugar content and other characters between different male plants.So, the evaluating and screening of male plants should be devoted much attention
