摘要
目的调查瘢痕子宫再次妊娠行剖宫产产妇信息需求、安全感及术前焦虑状况,并探讨安全感在其信息需求与术前焦虑间的中介作用。方法以便利抽样法选取瘢痕子宫再次妊娠行剖宫产产妇246例,采用一般资料调查表、阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息量表、安全感量表进行调查。利用Pearson相关分析法分析信息需求、安全感和术前焦虑之间的相关性,并采用Bootstrap方法检验安全感在信息需求与术前焦虑间的中介作用。结果瘢痕子宫再次妊娠行剖宫产产妇术前焦虑得分为(10.98±4.50)分,126例(51.22%)存在术前焦虑;信息需求得分为(5.93±2.76)分,146例(59.35%)存在中高度信息需求;安全感得分为(56.58±11.23)分,203例(82.52%)安全感处于中低水平。术前焦虑与信息需求呈正相关(r=0.584,P<0.001),与安全感呈负相关(r=-0.527,P<0.001)。信息需求通过安全感对术前焦虑的间接效应为0.118,中介效应占总效应的20.70%。结论瘢痕子宫再次妊娠行剖宫产产妇术前焦虑发生率较高,信息需求量大而安全感处于中低水平。安全感在信息需求与术前焦虑间起部分中介作用。
Objective To investigate the status of information need,sense of security and preoperative anxiety for re-pregnant women with scarred uterus undergoing cesarean section and study the mediating effect of sense of security between information need and preoperative anxiety.Methods Totally 246 re-pregnant women with scarred uterus undergoing cesarean section were chosen by convenient sampling.They were investigated by general information questionnaire,the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale(APAIS)and Security Questionnaire(SQ).The correlation between information need,sense of security and preoperative anxiety was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The mediating effect of sense of security between information need and preoperative anxiety was tested by Bootstrap Method.Results The score on preoperative anxiety for re-pregnant women with scarred uterus undergoing cesarean section was(10.98±4.50),and there were 126 cases(51.22%)with preoperative anxiety.The score on information need was(5.93±2.76),and there were 146 cases(59.35%)had moderate or high information need.The score on sense of security was(56.58±11.23),and there were 203 cases(82.52%)had medium or low level on sense of security.Preoperative anxiety had positive correlation with information need(r=0.584,P<0.001)and negative correlation with sense of security(r=-0.527,P<0.001).The indirect effect of information need on preoperative anxiety through sense of security was 0.118,and the mediating effect accounted for 20.70%of the total effect.Conclusion There is a high incidence of preoperative anxiety in re-pregnant women with scarred uterus undergoing cesarean section.They have high information need and medium or low level on sense of security.Sense of security has partial mediating effect between information need and preoperative anxiety.
