摘要
选取2021年6月—2022年10月罗城仫佬族自治县人民医院收治的84例子宫内膜病变所致异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,按照1:1随机原则分为两组,每组各42例,分别实施宫腔镜下电切术治疗(观察组)、宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗(对照组),比较不同治疗方案的效果。研究发现,观察组总有效率及病灶清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组围手术期指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组月经来潮前期子宫内膜厚度更薄,月经周期更短,月经量更少(P<0.05)。术后,内分泌激素水平对照组各指标明显变化,高于术前,且高于观察组(P<0.05)。术后,两组IgA、IgG高于术前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),而IgM水平比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。经分析证实,宫腔镜下电切术治疗的效果更佳,值得推广。
From June 2021 to October 2022,Eighty-four patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial lesions admitted to Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County People's Hospital were selected as research subjects,and were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group according to the 1:1 random principle,and hysteroscopic resection treatment(observation group)and hysteroscopic curettage treatment(control group)were implemented respectively,and the effects of different treatment options were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate and lesion clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The perioperative index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the observation group had thinner endometrial thickness,shorter menstrual cycle,and less menstrual flow(P<0.05).After surgery,the indexes of endocrine hormone level in the control group changed significantly,which was higher than that in the preoperative group and higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).After surgery,IgA and IgG were higher in the two groups than before surgery,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in IgM levels(P>0.05).The total complication rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The analysis confirmed that hysteroscopic electroresection treatment has a better effect and is worth promoting.
