摘要
分析新建儿童医院网络故障管理中存在的网络故障频率高、网络运维效率低、故障处置速度慢这3类短板问题,提出并运用“三结合”网络管理改进策略,即故障搜集与分解归类相结合、分工协作与提质增效相结合、故障沟通与技术分析相结合,显著地提升了医院的网络故障管理水平。
The network faults at a newly-constructed municipal children's hospital were characterized by high frequency,low efficiency in operation and maintenance,and slow troubleshooting speed.Three-combinations countermeasures were proposed(i.e.,combining fault collection with fault classification,combining division of labor with quality and eficiency improvement,and combining fault communication with technical analysis),which substantially enhanced the capacity of network fault management in the hospital.
