摘要
在公安院校开展研究性教学中,提升教师职业能力可以从四个维度展开。本体维度中概括公安院校研究性教学的概念界定以及教师职业能力的含义。目标维度明确了公安院校研究性教学教师职业能力的核心素养,包括政治思想、知识结构、科研创新、教学能力、实践能力和信息技术。问题维度揭示了公安院校研究性教学教师职业能力发展的现实困境,如科研因素、知识因素、教学因素和能力因素。最后,实践维度提出了公安院校研究性教学教师职业能力的提升路径,包括坚守政治底色、夯实基础知识、强化教学水平、开展教学反思、激发创新潜能、加强校局合作、科技赋能教育以及改革激励制度。通过这些维度,可以全面提升公安院校研究性教学教师的职业能力,促进教师队伍建设。
In order to comprehensively improve professional competence for teachers in research-based teaching in police colleges to promote teacher construction,this research firstly defines research-based teaching in police colleges and teacher's professional competence from the ontology dimension.From goal dimension,this research specifies the core qualities of teacher's professional competence in research-based teaching in police colleges,including political ideology,knowledge structure,research and innovation quality,teaching ability,practical skills,and ability for applying information technology.From problem dimension,this research reveals the practical challenges met in teachers'professional competence development,concerning research factors,knowledge factors,teaching factors,and competence factors.Finally,from practice dimension,this research proposes paths for competence enhancement,including adhering to political principles,consolidating foundational knowledge,strengthening teaching abilities,engaging in reflective teaching,stimulating innovative potential,enhancing collaboration between schools and institutions,enabling education with science and technology,and reforming incentive systems.
