摘要
中药的质量评价关系到临床用药的安全性和有效性,已成为制约中药发展的瓶颈问题之一。现有的中药质量评价体系以化学成分检测为核心,在结合临床功用方面略显不足。以多基源、多炮制品、多功效的中药材大黄为例,从不同功效出发,探讨了化学组成和药理活性的差别,提出建立以“异效异标”为核心的中药材品质评价新模式,以期促进结合临床使用功效的大黄药材质量评价的全面提升,同时为其他中药材的质量评价提供参考模式。
The quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine is related to the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication,and has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The existing quality evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine takes the detection of chemical components as the core,which is slightly insufficient in the combination of clinical functions.Taking Dahuang(rhubarb)as an example,this paper discusses the differences in chemical composition and pharmacological activity from different effects,and proposes to establish a new quality evaluation model of Dahuang(rhubarb)with"different effects and different standards"as the core,in order to promote the overall improvement of the quality evaluation of Dahuang(rhubarb)combined with clinical use and provide a reference model for the quality evaluation of other traditional Chinese medicines.
