摘要
汉语言文学专业作为开设较早的传统专业之一,在“新文科”建设启动之后迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战。随着中小学语文教师、政府机关公务员、企事业单位文书人员、行业企业发展策划人员、传媒行业从业人员等工作岗位对该专业人才的需求量增大,汉语言文学专业的就业口径较宽态势的出现,民办高校也纷纷加入了开办汉语言文学专业的行列。本文立足于广东地区民办高等教育实际,在分析汉语言文学专业建设机遇与挑战的基础上,从因地制宜、合理定位——明确学科发展方向,专兼结合、四导师制——打造优质师资队伍,产出导向、学以致用——深化课程教学改革三个方面阐述民办高校汉语言文学专业的建设路径。
As one of the earlier traditional majors,the major of Chinese Language and Literature has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges after the construction of the"New Liberal Arts"was launched.At the same time,with the increasing demand for Chinese language teachers in primary and secondary schools,civil servants in government officials,clerks in enterprises and public institutions,development planners in industries and enterprises,and employees in the media industry,etc.,the employment trend of Chinese Language and Literature major becomes wider,private universities have also joined the ranks of opening the Chinese Language and Literature major.Based on the reality of private higher education in Guangdong,and on the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the construction of the Chinese language and literature major,this paper expounds the construction path of the Chinese language and literature major in private universities from three aspects:adjusting measures to local conditions,reasonably positioning-defining the direction of discipline development,combining full-time and part-time,four tutorial system-building a high-quality teaching team,output orientation,and applying learning to practical purposes-deepening the curriculum teaching reform.
