摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,以国家现代职业教育改革创新示范区——天津市为例,立足区域实际、产业特色特别是现实需求和天津高等职业教育的积累优势、发展挑战,遵循岗位导向、以农为本的全域式服务,整体布局、链式内化的集群化服务,校地联动、同频共振的立体性服务和多维赋智、复合兴农的网格状服务的逻辑体系,提出了高等职业教育的“双域”流动、“双角”共生,“双群”耦合、“双化”提质,“双体”共筑、“双师”发力和“双链”协同、“双创”培优的“岗课赛证”融通育人路径。
Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization strategy,taking Tianjin,the National Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone,as an example,basing on the regional reality,industrial characteristics especially actual needs,and the accumulated advantages,development challenges of higher vocational education in Tianjin,following the logic system includes all-round service with post and agriculture orientation,cluster service with overall layout and chain internalization,stereoscopic service of school local linkage and same frequency resonance,grid like services for compound agricultural development,the research proposes education path of post course competition and certificate integration"of higher vocational education,which is characterized by"dual domain"flow,"dual role"symbiosis,"dual group"coupling,"dual transformation"improvement,"dual system"co construction,"double-qualified teacher"development,"dual chain"coordination,and"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"training.
