医院薪酬激励共生模式探讨

Exploration of Hospital Salary Incentive Game under Intervention of Superior Supervisors

摘要 现代医院的发展离不开每一位医护人员的努力。许多医院在人力资源管理工作中引入了薪酬绩效机制,用以激发医护人员的工作积极性,并提升整体绩效收益。现代医院虽然有较高的管理自主性,但归根结底会受到政府部门的监督和管理。政府部门、医院职能部门、医务人员等形成了一个稳定、互利、协同的共生系统。职能部门制定规则在前,医护工作人员遵循在后,形成了Stackelberg博弈。从中可以发现,政府部门加强监管有助于提升管理服务水平,并影响医务人员的满意度,从而有助于产生更好的整体收益。 Development of modern hospitals cannot be separated from importance attached to medical staff.Many hospitals adopt salary performance mechanisms to implement human resource management,to stimulate work enthusiasm of medical staff and improve overall performance benefits.Although modern hospitals have high management autonomy,in final analysis,they are supervised and managed by superior supervisory departments.Under situation of superior supervisory department intervening in management,it forms a stable,mutually beneficial and collaborative symbiotic system with medical staff,hospital functional management departments,etc.Management functional department formulates rules first,followed by medical staff,forming a Stackelberg game.From this,it can be found,intervention of higher-level supervisory departments helps improve management services and affect satisfaction degree of medical personnel,which can generate better overall benefits.
