摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是慢性高血糖引起微血管损伤的主要表现之一。迄今为止,关于DPN的发病机制尚不完全清楚。近几年,随着生物信息学和高通量测序技术的崛起,有研究报道miRNA-29可能参与了DPN的发病过程中的氧化应激、慢性炎症、胰岛素抵抗、血管内皮功能障碍等病理生理环节,但具体机制尚不明确。以下综述miRNA-29在DPN中的研究现状,以期为DPN的早期防治提供新的诊疗思路。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the main manifestations of microvascular damage caused by chronic hyperglycemia.Up to now,the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is not fully understood.In recent years,with the rise of bioinformatics and high-throughput sequencing technologies,some studies have reported that miRNA-29 is involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,for example,it may be involved in oxidative stress,chronic inflammation,insulin resistance,endothelial dysfunction and other pathological links,but it is still being explored.Therefore,this article reviews the research status about miRNA-29 in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so as to provide new ideas for the early prevention and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
