摘要
在分析梳理我国政府对健康养老服务监管现状及存在问题的基础上,通过研究政府规制理论,并借鉴参考国外经验,从健全健康养老服务监管法律法规、健全政府健康养老服务体系,整合内外监管资源、提高健康养老监管结果公开度、推进健康养老服务监管常态化、运用新兴技术加强健康养老服务监管多个方面为改进我国健康养老服务监管提出建议,以建立多元主体参与的健康养老服务监管体系,让老年人安享健康晚年。
On the basis of analyzing and sorting out the current situation and problems of the Chinese government s supervision of health and elderly care services,this paper studies the government regulation theory and refers to foreign experience.Suggestions are proposed from six aspects to improve the supervision of health and elderly care services,such as improving laws and regulations on supervision of health and elderly care services,improving the government s health and elderly care services system,integrating internal and external regulatory resources,improving the openness of supervision results of health and elderly care services,promoting the normalization of supervision of health and elderly care services and strengthening the supervision of health and elderly care services by using emerging technologies,so as to establish a supervision system of health and elderly care services with the participation of multiple subjects,so that the elderly can enjoy a healthy old age.
