牡蛎壳作为混凝土填充材料制备人工鱼礁的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,人们对牡蛎的需求不断增加,牡蛎壳的量也不断增多。采用多种方式综合利用大量废弃的牡蛎壳垃圾,将牡蛎壳变废为宝,成为急需解决的问题。以牡蛎壳作为填充材料结合混凝土材料制备人工鱼礁,在满足人工鱼礁投放强度要求基础上,探讨牡蛎壳作为填充材料制备人工鱼礁的可行性。结果显示:添加牡蛎壳颗粒为小粒径的混凝土试块抗压效果普遍较好,其中牡蛎壳颗粒掺比为50%的混凝土试块抗压强度为40.96 Mpa,达到设计强度等级标准值的117%,满足人工鱼礁建设要求的同时,牡蛎壳颗粒的添加配比量为最大值。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析以牡蛎壳作为填充材料制备人工鱼礁试块对水体中Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd、Cr、As重金属的吸附情况。结果显示:人工鱼礁试块对Cu、Zn、Pb离子均表现出较好的吸附能力,但对Cd、Cr、As离子的吸附能力较弱。综上,以牡蛎壳作为填充材料制备人工鱼礁,能够实现“以废治废”的目的,提高人工鱼礁对重金属的吸附能力,具有一定的功能性效应。 In recent years,the demand for oysters has been increasing,and the quantity of oyster shells has also been increasing.Using multiple methods to comprehensively utilize a large amount of discarded oyster shell waste and turn oyster shells into treasures has become an urgent problem that we need to solve.Oyster shells were used as filling materials and concrete materials to prepare artificial reefs.On the basis of meeting the strength requirements of artificial reefs,the feasibility of preparing artificial reefs with oyster shells as filling materials was discussed.The test results showed that the concrete test block with small particle size of oyster shell had a generally good compressive effect.The compressive strength of the concrete test block with a 50% proportion of oyster shell particles was 40.96 Mpa,which reached 117% of the design strength level standard value,meeting the construction requirements of artificial fish reefs.At the same time,the addition ratio of oyster shell particles was the maximum value.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to analyze the adsorption of Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr,As in water by artificial reef samples prepared with oyster shells as filling materials.The results showed that the artificial reef samples showed good adsorption capacity for Cu,Zn and Pb,but weak adsorption capacity for Cd,Cr and As.In conclusion,using oyster shells as filling materials to prepare artificial reef can fully realize the purpose of"using waste to treat waste",improve the adsorption capacity of artificial reef for heavy metals and have a certain functional effects.
