摘要
为实施乡村振兴战略需要继续谋划适合乡村发展的现代化治理机制和治理模式。实现基层社会有效治理已经成为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重中之重,而法治建设也成为乡村全面振兴的重要保障。当前,法治保障有何突出之处或创新的空间,成为乡村振兴发展的重要内容。
In order to implement the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to continue to plan modern governance mechanisms and models that are suitable for rural development.Realizing effective governance at the grassroots level has become a top priority for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and the construction of the rule of law has also become an important guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.At present,what are the highlights or innovative spaces of legal protection,which has become an important content of rural revitalization and development.
