摘要
目前国内外学者对可回收锚索的研究较多,但绝大多数可回收锚索都应用于软土地区的建筑基坑,很少用于西北黄土地区,因此在西北黄土地区进行可回收锚索工程应用试验具有重要意义。以兰州市某一黄土基坑为依托进行挤压锚式可回收预应力锚索试验,本次现场试验一共设置6组锚索,其中2组为普通预应力锚索,4组为挤压锚式可回收预应力锚索。先采用PLAXIS 3D有限元分析软件分析基坑开挖和锚索回收对基坑稳定性和安全性的影响,之后在现场安装智能采集设备,对锚索轴力变化和基坑变形进行监测,对基坑监测数据进行分析,总结了该可回收锚索的施工工艺。试验结果表明,可回收锚索在施工和回收阶段,坑顶的水平和竖向位移均小于规范规定的预警值,有效地控制了基坑的变形,并取得了较高的回收率,说明该可回收锚索能成功应用在黄土基坑中。
At present,there are many studies on recyclable anchor cables,but most of the recyclable anchor cables are used in building foundation pits in soft soil areas,and rarely used in loess areas in Northwest China.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the field tests of recyclable anchor cable in the loess region.The test of extruded anchor type recyclable prestressed anchor cable was carried out based on a loess foundation pit in Lanzhou.In this field test,a total of 6 groups of anchor cable were set up,including 2 groups of ordinary prestressed anchor cable and 4 groups of extruded anchor type recyclable prestressed cable.Firstly,the influence of foundation pit excavation and anchor cable recovery on the stability and safety of foundation pit was analyzed by PLAXIS 3D finite element analysis software.Then the intelligent acquisition equipment was installed in the field to monitor the axial force change of anchor cable and deformation of foundation pit.The monitoring data of foundation pit were analyzed,and the construction technology of the recyclable anchor cable was summarized.The test results show that during the stage of construction and recovery stage,the horizontal and vertical displacement of the top of the pit is less than the early warning value stipulated in the code.The deformation of the foundation pit is effectively controlled,and a high recovery rate is obtained.It shows that the recyclable anchor cable can be successfully applied in loess foundation pit.
