摘要
清末遵义教案是中国近代史上著名教案之一。学界一般把遵义教案的两造称为“民教”。文章论述了遵义教案两造中与教民相对的士民应为“团民”,与教会相对的是团练,“遵义教案”从发生到结案的全过程,与主持遵义团务的李蹇臣家族颇有牵连,从而提出“遵义教案”是教会、官府和团练三方势力矛盾激化的结果,也与办团流弊有一定关系。
Zunyi Church Case in the late Qing Dynasty is one of the famous Church cases in late modern period of China.The academic community generally refers to the two parties of the Zunyi Church Case as“civilian&.Catholicism”.This paper illustrates what“Tuan Min”and“Tuan Lian”were,discusses the entire process of Zunyi Church Case which was related to Li Jian-chen Family in charge of Zunyi’s military affairs,so as to propose that Zunyi Church Case is the result of the intensification of conflicts among the three forces of the church,the government,and the local military troops,and it is also related to the malpractice of local military troops.
