大跨结构金属屋面系统抗风揭试验与数值研究 被引量:2

EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL STUDY ON WIND UPLIFT RESISTANCE FOR METAL ROOFING SYSTEMS OF LARGE SPAN STRUCTURES

摘要 金属屋面系统广泛应用于大跨空间结构中。这类屋面系统自重轻、连接构造复杂,在强风作用下很容易发生风揭破坏。为探讨这类屋面的抗风揭性能与破坏形式,文中以杭州亚运电竞馆装配式金属屋面系统为对象,采用足尺模型试验方法进行模拟屋面风荷载的全过程加载试验,测量了加载过程中屋面板位移的变化情况,考察了屋面系统的损伤变形状况及其失效模式。研究结果表明,当荷载超出设计风载后,屋面板与次檩条连接处的个别L形转接件率先屈服,进而出现螺栓拉脱现象;随着荷载增加,此现象逐渐扩展到多个节点直至屋面掀起失效。分析了应力集中及局部大变形现象,与试验结果吻合良好,明确薄弱环节的L形节点的传力机制和失效机理,为这类屋面在大跨结构中应用奠定基础。 Metal roofing systems are widely used in large-span space structures,which is liable to occur upon wind exposure damage under strong wind due to its light self-weight with complex connection structure.To explore the wind damage resistance behavior and failure mode of such kind of roofs,the prefabricated metal roofing system of Hangzhou Asian Games E-sports Pavilion is taken as the research object,on which the whole process loading test modeling the wind load on the roof surface has been conducted by means of the full-scale model test techniques.The displacements of the roof panels are measured during the loading process,then the damage deformation condi⁃tion and failure mode of the roof system are also examined.The results indicate that when the test load exceeded the design wind load,the individual L-shaped adapter connecting the roof panel and the secondary purlin yielded first,leading to occurrence of bolt pulling off phenomenon.This phenomenon gradually extended to multiple nodes until the roof lifted into failure.The results are in good agreement with experimental results,clarifying the force transmis⁃sion mechanism and failure mechanism of L-shaped joints in weak links,laying the foundation for the application of this type of roof in large-span structures.
