摘要
为了研究大跨度空间结构金属屋面和吊顶板的抗风吸承载力,文章采用静载试验方法进行了430型屋面板加固前后的抗风吸试验、373型吊顶板的抗风吸和抗风压试验。研究了采取自攻螺钉、夹具、垫片等加固措施对金属屋面板承载力和破坏形式的影响。试验结果表明,采取合理加固措施可以有效地提高430型金属屋面板的抗风吸承载力。研究结果可为火车站、航站楼等大型场馆金属屋面的设计与施工提供参考。
In order to study the wind-resistant capacity of the metal roof and plate ceilings of large-span spatial structure, the wind resistance tests of 430-typed and reinforced 430-typed metal roofing panels and 373-typed plate ceilings were carried out by using static experimental methD& The effect of rein- forcing measures of self-tapping screws, clips and gaskets on loading-carrying capacity and failure modes of metal roofing panels was investigated. The tests results show that the wind-resistant capacity of 430-typed metal roofing panel can be improved by taking reasonable reinforcing measures. The research can provide a reference for the design and construction of large stadium metal roofing panels at the train stations and terminals.
