摘要
目的探讨流产后关爱服务在人工流产术后的应用效果。方法选取在青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院2021年1月至2022年12月行人工流产术的202例女性,按照随机信封法分为对照组(常规流产服务)、观察组(流产后关爱服务),每组各101例。比较两组避孕情况、再次流产率、避孕知识掌握情况及生活质量。结果观察组总避孕率高于对照组,再次流产率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组避孕知识总掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精神健康、社会功能、生理功能、总活力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱服务在人工流产术后的应用效果较好,可以提高避孕率、避孕知识掌握率及生活质量,降低再次流产率。
Objective To explore the application effect of post abortion care service after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 202 women who underwent artificial abortion in the Second Hospital in Weihai City Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(routine abortion service)and the observation group(post abortion care service)according to the random envelope method,with 101 cases in each group.The contraceptive status,second abortion rate,contraceptive knowledge mastery status and quality of life were com pared between the two groups.Results The total contraceptive rate of the obs ervation group was higher than that of the control group,and the second abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total mastery rate of contraceptive knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,social function,physiological function and total vitality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of post abortion care service after artificial abortion is good,which can improve the contraceptive rate,contraceptive knowledge mastery rate,the quality of life,and reduce the rate of second abortion.
