摘要
目的观察人流后关爱服务对青少年人工流产患者心理影响的应用效果分析。方法将我院(2019年01月至2019年06月)收治青少年人工流产145例,随机数字法分对照组(72例)与实验组(73例),对照组常规护理,实验组人流后关爱服务。分析相关知识了解情况及6个月随访期避孕方法与再次流产率。结果实验组正确掌握妊娠知识、避孕知识、流产后注意事项、康复方法均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组随访期间以口服药物避孕,以避孕套避孕,均高于对照组,而实验组未避孕,再次流产均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在青少年人工流产患者以人流后关爱服务,提升对相关知识的掌握,掌握正确避孕方法,减少再次流产率。
Objective To observe the effect of post abortion care service on the psychological impact of adolescent induced abortion patients.Methods 145 cases of induced abortion were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(72 cases)and experimental group(73 cases).The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received post abortion care services.To analyze the related knowledge and the contraceptive methods and the rate of recurrent abortion in 6-month follow-up period.Results In the experimental group,the knowledge of pregnancy,contraception,precautions after abortion and rehabilitation methods were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,oral contraceptive and condom contraceptive in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the mastery of related knowledge,to master the correct contraceptive methods,and to reduce the rate of re abortion,we should take care of the service after abortion.
