摘要
牡丹籽油富含多种不饱和脂肪酸,其中α-亚麻酸(α-linolenic acid,ALA)含量占比高达42%以上,ALA隶属于n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFAs)家族,文献报道其对雄性动物的精子生成、精液质量、精液品质、生育力等有明显的促进作用,该文对牡丹籽油及其主要成分ALA对雄性动物的生育能力的影响进行综述,为牡丹籽油的保健功能开发提供新的思路。
Peony seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids,of which α-linolenic acid(ALA)accounts for more than 42%.ALA belongs to n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(n-3 PUFAs)family.It has been reported that it can significantly promote spermatogenesis,sperm quality,semen quality and fertility of male animals.This article reviews the effects of peony seed oil and its main component ALA on the fertility of male animals,so as to provide new ideas for the development of the health function of peony seed oil.
