摘要
子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)是导致育龄期女性不孕的主要原因之一,可从多方面影响女性的生育能力。EMS患者体内普遍存在氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS),且与不孕的发生密切相关。与输卵管性不孕患者相比,EMS不孕患者通过体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)改善妊娠率仍显著较低。因此,本文拟对OS导致EMS患者不孕的发病机制及抗氧化治疗进行综述,以期改善EMS不孕患者的妊娠结局。
Endometriosis(EMS)is one of the primary causes for the infertility that occurs in women of reproductive age.It may affect female fertility in many ways.According to recent studies,oxidative stress(OS)occurs in many EMS patients which may result in the infertility.The pregnancy rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)for women with EMS infertility is significantly lower than that with tubal infertility.In this article,we review the latest research progress on the role of OS in pathogenesis of EMS infertility,and discuss the application of relevant antioxidants to improve the pregnant outcomes for women with EMS infertility in the future.
