摘要
开阖枢理论是中医阴阳学说重要理论之一,其创立至今一直被广泛应用,以开阖枢的特点阐释三阴三阳的变化,描述六经及其所属脏腑的生理作用和病理特点。生理上,太阳、太阴主“开”,阳明、厥阴主“阖”,少阳、少阴主“枢”。病理上,疾病发生是脏腑经络开阖枢作用失调的结果。此文系统梳理开阖枢理论的基本释义、产生源流、理论发展、临床应用等各方面内容,使之更好的用于理论指导及临床实践。
The theory of“opening and closing pivots”is one of the important theories of yin and yang theory in traditional Chinese medicine,which has been widely used since its establishment.This theory explains the changes of the three yin and three yang,and describes the physiological functions and pathological characteristics of the six meridians and their affiliated organs by using the characteristics of“opening and closing pivots”.Physiologically,the function of Taiyang and Taiyin are mainly to“open”,Yangming and Jueyin are mainly to“close”,Shaoyang and Shaoyin are mainly to“pivot”.Pathologically,the occurrence of diseases is the result of the maladjustment of“opening and closing pivots”.The authors systematically summarized the basic definition,origin and theoretical development,clinical application and other aspects of the theory of“opening and closing pivots”,so as to make it better used in theoretical guidance and clinical practice.
